Learn Mahjong Without the Intimidation—or the Big Price Tag

Curious about mahjong? Gather a few friends (in groups of 4) and learn together with Sunshine Mahj. At $25 per person, our classes offer an affordable, friendly introduction to American Mahjong.

We provide the tiles, learning materials and patient instruction. You’ll learn how to read the NMJL card, understand the rules and build a hand through guided practice—with plenty of room for questions, laughter and learning at your own pace.

No experience or equipment needed. Just bring your curiosity and a group of at least four students. Day and evening classes are available.  Lessons are two hours each.

Come learn something new with friends!
